New and Noteworthy

March 2021: new records from the Scottish royal court from 1585 to 1592 have been added to those already on the site, including records of masking by King James and Queen Anne. Other recent additions include records of the borough of Warwick, edited by Alan Somerset,  and some records from Hertfordshire, edited by Peter Greenfield.

The fully edited Hampshire records have now been uploaded to REED Online, joining Staffordshire and Berkshire in REED’s fully searchable digital edition. (The pre-publication Hampshire and Berkshire records previously found here have been deleted.)

This website also includes a revised and much enlarged index to the first REED collection, York (1979).
